The Holly Point Community is a Homeowner's Association(HOA) neighborhood that consist of 120 homes.
The community is located off of Hornbuckle Road and is less than 1 mile from the I-24 and Exit 11 interchange, the Clarksville exit closest to Nashville. Homes in the community range between 1250 sq.ft to no more than 3,000 sq. ft. of finished livable space. The community is in a great school district Carmel Elementary School (Kirkwood Elementary once completed - est. Fall 2024), Kirkwood Middle, and Kirkwood High School. The neighborhood is also located close to a variety of businesses and services to include emergency medical, restaurants, grocery stores, doctor and dentist offices as well as automobile sales and repair. Holly Point truly is a hidden jewel of Clarksville and Montgomery County!
The annual dues are $40.00 due by March 31st.
Any due not received will be considered late and will have a $10 late fee added and homeowners names are sent to the HOA attorney for enforcement and/or liens placed on home.
The Holly Point HOA Board is made up of homeowners in our community and is completely voluntary. The responsibilities of the HOA board is to up hold the Deeds and Restrictions for all 120 homes in our HOA community. Board members are elected annually and meet monthly to address any concerns within our community.

Holly Point HOA - Dues
All HOA Dues are now considered late we have decided to freeze all fines that are being added to late dues as of June 2023. We will be reaching out to all homeowners that have not yet paid there dues for 2023. These homeowners will have until September 30th 2023 to pay their dues and late fee or we will be sending them over to the HOA attonery to place liens on their homes. Trash Receptacles
Please once your garbage has been collected store your receptacles either in an area of the driveway immediately adjacent to the side of Homes, in garages, or behind Homes. They should not be stored in the front or property or left in road according to Holly Point Deed Restrictions:
Deed #14 -Garbage, Debris, and Trash Cans: No garbage, trash, wood pile, or other debris shall be left upon any Lot. Owners and their tenant/occupants shall, at all times (with the exception of trash pick-up days), store trash cans and recycle bins in an area of the driveway immediately adjacent to the side of Homes, in garages, or behind Homes.

Amendment Approved by Community
Thank you to everyone that casted their ballot to vote on updating the Deeds Restictions for our Community. We have rescently recieved the signed and certififed copy of the new Deeads. After speaking with the developer it appears they are building several Townhomes and Single Family homes in the Hornbuckle Lot.
